Beluga is the world's most famous Caviar. The Queen of Caviar comes from the 'Huso Huso' sturgeon, sustainably farmed by the Giaveri family in Northern Italy. The sturgeon are slow to develop, taking up to 21 years to mature. The fish can grow to over 1000kg and live for a century.

The Giaveri's Beluga & Siberian Caviar is characterised by grandeur. A traditional minimal salting method is used to allow the eggs to sing.
